It’s Here: Potluck Desserts is out in the world!
The queer cookbook I always dreamed of is now yours to bake from and share.
Today is the day. Potluck Desserts: Joyful Recipes to Share with Pride is officially published.
I honestly can't believe it—this book that started as a feeling, as a hope, as a celebration of queer community—is now out in the world. It's on shelves next to authors I've looked up to for years. It's real. It's permanent. And it belongs to you now just as much as it belongs to me.
This book is about more than dessert. It's about the people who gather around it, the stories we share, and the chosen families we build.
I Want To See It In Your Hands
Please share if you make something from the book or if a story speaks to you. Post, tag, send; whatever feels right. You can find me on Instagram or here (Substack). I want to see how this book moves among your homes, your kitchens, your people.
Reviews Really Help
I have a complicated relationship with reviews (don't we all?), but when they're honest and kind, they really do make a difference. If you have a moment, I'd love for you to leave a review on Amazon (ugh, I know), Barnes & Noble, or your local indie bookstore (they're worth all the love and support).
They help more folks find the book. They signal to stores and readers alike:
This is a book worth reading.
This is a book worth sharing.
Book Tour Starts Tomorrow!
I hit the road this week for Part One of the Potluck Desserts Book Tour—come say hi, give a hug, bring a friend, or just vibe with us.
Part Two kicks off in July, and I'll announce those dates soon. I promise it'll be queer as hell.
I'm holding so much joy and gratitude today for every person who's supported this project, felt seen in these pages, and is building community around the table.
This book is for us. 🏳️⚧️ 🏳️🌈
